Stumbled upon this small pub and had such a great time . Bartender was super friendly and great sense of humor , her customer service was great. Location is right on the street but everyone very kind and respectful. Definitely stop in for a cocktail or two.

Fantastic food and the interior is beautiful. They have a semi private section in the back for big groups to be noisy which was great but if it's a smaller group the front area is so beautiful , cosy and perfect for a date or fun catch up. Great cocktails. Great food.

Showed up before 9 on a Friday. The bar was dead. They looked at our IDs and said they have to have a mark that shines through on both sides, but ours only shone through on the front. Saw the bouncer check someone else's ID and he didn't check the back. Bouncer was a tool

Went here on a Tuesday night and had a GREAT time! I love dancing and karaoke, and they combine both for a rather enjoyable club karaoke experience on Tuesday nights! DJ Purple is one of the best in the Bay Area! Drinks are moderately priced and the bartenders are nice. Great dance vibe too! Definitely coming back!

Great live music and atmosphere, perfect place for dancing. I don't drink, but all people around holding drinks all the time. Feels safe inside and out.

Visited Tupelo's to hear some live music from The Hired Guns. It was a Saturday night, near capacity at 10:00 like most venues around Grant and Green. Great performance from the band, with the owner appearing as a special guest. He shreds on the harmonica. Wish we would have arrived a bit earlier when the kitchen was still open, didn't get a chance to try the food. Place is clean and well lit. Friendly staff. Will definitely come again for another sbow.

They check IDs at the door. The bouncer checks my ID and lets me in. When I go up to buy drinks, the bartender asks to see my ID again…. Weird. Bartender looks at my ID, says it’s fake (it’s not, I am 23 years old and used my California driver license). He then proceeds to make me do the walk of shame, shining a flashlight over my head. Then when I’m outside waiting to regroup with my friends who were still in the bar, the bouncer pushes me because I was standing too close to the door. I used to come to this place frequently, but I will never be returning. Absolutely disgraceful to do this to a paying customer.
